Shipping Timeframes
Our goal is to process and dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the moment of purchase. We ship from our warehouse located in the USA to both domestic and international destinations. Estimated shipping time for orders within the USA is around 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 14-28 business days to arrive. Please be aware that delivery times can vary due to destination specifics and customs procedures.
Shipping Charges
Mooxtic offers a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all domestic (USA) orders and $12.99 for orders shipping internationally. Currently, we do not provide expedited shipping options. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the total weight of your order.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email. This tracking number allows you to follow your order’s journey and estimated delivery date. Please note, tracking availability for international orders may be limited once the package exits the USA.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 40 days of receiving your item to start the return process. We’ll provide you with a return address and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we’ll process your refund within 8-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees and any customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
